NOTICE ON FILING WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

In accordance with Art. Article 10 Paragraphs 1 to 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14),
We inform consumers that a written complaint which express their dissatisfaction with respect to the purchased product or service provided can not stand in our store or delivered by mail to the following address:

In accordance with Art. 10 (5) of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we will reply to your written complaint by written reply no later than 15 days after the receipt of your complaint.
